Reporting : Head Analytics

- For the Analytics Centre of Excellence (CoE), we are seeking an experienced and accomplished professional with significant experience in modeling and analytics, sound domain understanding of Financial Services and superior knowledge of decision support statistics.

- Will support in its goal of achieving growth by integrating analytics into end-to-end business solutions.

Summary of Responsibilities :

- Translate high level business requirements/problems into sound and comprehensive analytical framework through appropriate usage of advanced statistical/mathematical techniques and responsible for successful delivery of the solutions

- Collaboratively define key business problem to be solved, formulate approaches and gather data to solve the problem

- Define and adhere to standards and procedures for best practices for business intelligence design, development and implementation

- Solve business problems through usage of appropriate statistical techniques (predictive and descriptive) like multinomial linear and nonlinear regression, time series, hierarchical regression, Bayesian analytics, segmentation, clustering, decision trees, ANOVA/ ANCOVA, Random forest, correlation, structural equation modeling, Markov Chain, MCMC, ANN, optimization etc.

- Integrate and Present analysis through visualization platforms such as Tableau

- Support development of the Analytics CoE by driving initiatives around staffing, quality management, recruitment, capability development, knowledge management, etc.

- Develop thought capital and disseminate information around current and emerging trends in Analytics.
