AVP - AML/KYC - Fraud Management (14-19 yrs)
Looking for a leader heading a team size of 200 to 250+ handling back office International AML /KYC Fraud Management operations.
Customer oriented:
- Managing multiple processes across the Enterprise Fraud and AML Operations - including KYC/CIP, Fraud risk review, AML transaction monitoring, Compliance/Regulatory reporting, Case management. Products - Mostly cards & banking
- Lead all Consultative initiatives & proposals (PIBS, FORE etc.)
- Focus on discovering customer's needs and finding out ways to meet them through the creation of appropriate solutions and services
- Customer Relationship Management - Daily interaction and engagement
- Transition Management
- Oversee transformation initiatives - Six Sigma approach and Lean deployment for Process Optimization, Automation and Re-engineering
- Manage all audits (COPC, ISO, BS75999, CMMi) requirements and prepare Corrective action plans
- Handling Client escalations
Person Specification
- Candidates should ahve relevent experience in leading AML/ KYC Operations with Fraud management from leading 3'rd aprty or captive BPOs.
- Should have evry good team handling and Client management Skills.
- Highly motivated, driven, and dynamic
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Strong domain focus
- Should be comfortable in managing client visits
- Ensuring Information security for sensitive data
- Should be passionate in managing and testing for controls
