AVP - AML/Compliance - Investment Bank

We are looking for AVP - AML/Compliance for a leading investment bank. Job Location is Jaipur.

Mandatory:

- A tenured AVP or equivalent in Operations AML, Compliance, Business Delivery.

- Excellent track record of managing the entire unit of operations delivery.

- Excellent people management skills.

- Keen to move to Jaipur.

Job Responsibilities:

- Leadership and People Management

a) Build and Develop subject matter expertise in team, align the teams performance and goal in line with the Departments goal and execute training strategy to develop Bangalore/Jaipur centre as centre of competence. Manage performance of a 30 strong team within organizations design with many teams working in various shifts

Service Management :

a) Manage teams performing various processes within compliance operations

b) Deliver service excellence as measured by satisfaction surveys by send site senior management

c) Participate in various performance review sessions.

d) Develop a customer centric team capable of delivering exacting end client delivery.

Process Management :

a) Manage processing to deliver KPIs on productivity, accuracy and timeliness as a service delivery leader.

b) Ensure no gap in process execution and controls around the process.

c) End to end process management

d) Manage exceptions, escalations, and install best in class preventive and corrective actions

Cost and Efficiency management

a) Deliver targets on productivity enhancements and process efficiencies

b) Deliver cost reductions per corporate framework of building world leading quality at the most effective and efficient cost structure

Risk Management :

a) Manage operational risk, build a culture of proactively manage down operational risks
