AVP - Alliances & BD, Bangalore
Job Description / KRAs: Key member of the Team and will be involved in:
1. Identifying business prospects
2. Signing up new clients as per organisation strategy
3. Conducting Opportunity mapping for products
4. Launching the partnerships
5. Owning and managing B2B relationships
6. Achieving financial and business objectives
7. Designing & implementing sales and product initiatives to meet objectives
8. Driving P&L profitability for every B2B client
9. Effectively micro implementing overall business strategies to suit channel dynamics
10. Building appropriate sales structures and resources
11. Studying competitor activities & formulating strategies to garner greater market share
12. Driving SLA adherence with internal teams and ensure continuous process efficiency
13. Managing channel grievances and customer related issues
Candidate Profile: MBAs with 5-10 years experience (of which recent experience must be in FinTech organisations) and having excellent contacts with Banks, NBFCs, Digital BFSI distributors. Must have excellent track-record in B2B BD, alliances, partner-programmes
