Job Position : AVP Advisory

Job Location : Andheri East.

BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- To Assist CFO for midsize corporates.

- Support the Clients assigned in complete FINANCIAL ADVISORY

- Good knowledge on Statutory Compliances, GAAPs, IFRS, Direct Tax & Indirect tax matters

- Working Experience in Tax Planning for Corporates.

- Experience in Corporate Restructuring

- Handle Due Diligence for our clients including managing Data Room.

- Set up & review of MIS required by the client.

- Advise on Legal compliances incl. FEMA matters.

- Interact with the Client and its commercial, finance and accounts team to seek information required to carry out the assignments.

- Review of various financial information of the client and evaluate the same with analytics and provide appropriate guidance to the client.

- Lead a team of about 34 Senior Associates dedicated to clients handled by them.

Addon Experience to advantage :

- Experience in Mergers/ Acquisitions

- Legal drafting skills or

- Knowledge of Succession Planning

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

- CA with at least 7 to 10 years experience with an advisory/consultancy firm based out of Mumbai assisting in External CFO services & Corporate Advisory in the manufacturing sector in addition to others.

- Should have an analytical outlook and be creative in financial planning.

- Should have handled clients having turnover > Rs. 50 crs in the manufacturing sector

- Should have experience in coordinating with Law Firms, Investment Bankers

- Good in Excel and PowerPoint

- Should have working knowledge of Accounting software/ERP other than Tally.

- Good communication and Email writing skills

- Should have completed schooling from any Metro cities and in English medium and should have done Articles training at a MidSize Mumbai firm.

- Willing to put in extra hours as and when role demands. Hence male candidates would be preferred.

- Should be living up to Borivali on Western side and up to Thane on Eastern Side.

Age group : Upto 40 years.
