AVP - Advertising Sales (10-15 yrs)
- Responsible for generating revenues from Advertising Sales
- Working closely with PAN INDIA units to structure and implement annual, half yearly, quarterly Sales plans, various schemes and promotions successfully
- Responsible for setting up, maintaining & continuing robust sales process and also executing new channels for overall sales revenues
- Driving & ensuring optimum on screen advertisement yielding revenues continuously and achieving screen wise sales revenue targets
- Responsible for optimum utilization of on screen time slots and achieving advertisement revenues
- Ensuring proper communication and commercials between company and media /agency direct or indirect partners
- Maintain Sales team resources - coaching, training and development and monitoring of sales teams and create an efficient sales organization. Responsible for making high performance sales team
