Description of Job Responsibilities :

1. Making recommendations on policy improvisation, communicating impacts to senior management and stakeholder management

2. Drive answers to analytic challenges and manage a team of analysts to solve different parts of the problem

3. Good sense of logical reasoning and quick understanding of the client requirements and efficient management of deliverables

4. Collecting and interpreting data for ad hoc projects. Help out and in BD, present to other clients to win more projects. Manage the admin responsibilities for an existing 25-member team and build it further to be 40+
