Role - AVP - Advanced Analytics & Consulting Organization - A leading Credit Rating/ Bureau Location - Pune Prior hands on experience of Credit Risk, Statistical Modelling and Predictive Modelling are mandatory. Key Responsibilities: - Define project qualitative and economical standards (deadlines, intermediate milestones, project management, efficiency, and effectiveness measurement). - Supervise all the projects and directly manage projects with high analytical or organizational complexity. - Define Credit Bureau Analytics Products roadmap in India and other countries. - Collaborate with sales and consulting in the sales/presales activities with internal/external clients. - Design, develop and implement all the required methodologies and choose and develop the one needed in alignment with the company's approach and standards. - Ensure a constant research activity and collection of information related to the market (clients/competitors) with the aim of elaborating ideas/proposals/plans for the development of new products/services. - Collaborate with other worldwide analytics competence centers to research and innovate new methodology. - Moderate traveling might be required. - Experience in scorecards (PD, LGD, EAD) development is a plus. Required skills/knowledge: - Experience in managing multiple data analysis and predictive modeling/ descriptive analytics projects - 8 -14 years' experience of analytics modelling techniques (regression, machine learning.) applied in credit risk management and customer behavior for financial services industries. - Knowledge of Credit Bureau Scorecard development and Pre/ Post Sales activities - Proven ability to create trust relationship with Customers - Able to work within and across diverse teams (Sales, Analytics, Consulting, Software) to build consensus and find solutions. - Fluent English both written and verbal. - University Degree in Statistics, Economics or Engineering.
