Overall purpose:

This role focusses on leading digital and marketing analytics delivery for a Fortune 500 client

Detailed responsibilities:

- Lead strategic digital analytics delivery for high profile international clients

- Execute web / analytical projects and reporting & insights

- Familiar with Adobe Analytics implementation & reporting capabilities

- Quantifying impact of web properties for sales & lead conversion improvement - A/B testing, attribution modeling, campaign analysis etc.

- Oversee and deliver overall value proposition for client

- Work on generating insights and recommendations

- Interface closely with client to deliver and implement recommendations to improve campaign outcomes

- Understand functional and technical requirements from clients

- Understand the business context and apply core digital analytics concepts to provide business solutions

- Ensure quality assurance of all work product by team, adherence to delivery timelines and contractual SLAs

Must have:

- At least 8-13 years- experience in digital analytics, with high exposure to international clients (in direct client facing roles)

- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills

- Expert in Adobe Analytics / WebTrends / Google Analytics

- Should have expertise in campaign execution tools and have worked on generating insights ideas to optimize campaign performance

- Strategic thinker with excellent skills in planning, team leadership and client communications.

- Deep domain expertise, understanding of current & future trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics

- Experience with A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing and other digital analytics techniques

Nice to have:

- Certifications in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics

- Experience deploying and managing tag management systems like Adobe DTM or Ensighten

- Have expertise designing A/B Tests and understand principles/ technologies related to implementing the tests in Adobe Target

- Intermediate level knowledge of SQL & visualization tools like Tableau / Power BI

- Pharma / automotive/ ecommerce background
