Job purpose
Responsible for the acquisition analysis and due diligence of purpose built student accommodation (PBSA)/ student housing transactions throughout India.
Duties and responsibilities
- Conducting, compiling, and summarizing market research and trends
- Creating financial models and sensitivity analysis
- Assist in performing due diligence on investments
- Legal documentation review and support
- Producing investment materials for investment committee meetings, Shareholder and Board meetings Qualifications & Experience
- MBA Finance or CA
- With a background in Pvt. equity, real estate lending, project finance, investment banking
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling
- Expert level proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Working conditions
Five days- week.
The job will entail travel of 6-8 days a month.
