AVP - Acquisition - Private Equity Funds - Real Estate (6-13 yrs)
Job Title - Director - Investments (AVP Business Development)
Reports to -CEO
The candidate will be responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, negotiation, acquisition and due diligence of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) throughout India.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and Universities for originating and closing potential transactions
- Create financial models and presentations for the investment committee.
- Supervise due diligence by various service providers.
- Review and negotiate transaction documents.
- Manage post acquisition integration of acquired properties.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA (premier B School) or CA with min 14 yrs
- Strong exposure into real estate investment
- Strong exposure on Financial modelling, due diligence
- Exposure of working with Private Equity firms, Hospitality Industry or Real Estate companies
