AVP - Accounts & Finance - BFSI - CA

Position: Associate Vice President - Accounts & Finance

Job Description: The work responsibilities are enumerated as follows:

- Preparation of Financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards including taking care of all audit processes.

- Manage Direct and Indirect Tax matters of the company

- Coordinating with banks for managing day to day transactions and Credit facilities including liasioning with banks for new Credit arrangements, CMA preparation and providing banks with periodical information/MIS as may be required.

- Interact with rating agencies for ensuring timely rating of the company's credit facilities.

- Compile business data and financials for reporting to various stakeholders including Board members, Shareholders, Credit rating agencies, Banks and Regulators as may be required.

- Managing all tax matters of the company including experience of representing in front of tax authorities.

Skills, Qualification & Experience:

- The incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant with 9-12 years- experience in working in the accounts & finance department.

- Should be proficient in working on Tally, Oracle based software and SAP.

- Proficiency in preparing financial statements as per Ind AS is a must.

- Incumbent should be hands on experienced in above stated Job description.

- Excellent Oral and written communication skills is a must

- Team handling experience. No of direct & indirect reportee's - 5

Salary offered: 10-20LPA
