Avows Technologies - Manager - Operations

- Daily Scrum calls to manage team performance & prepare metrics (Global operations) and publish

- Closely work with Finance,all dept to make sure the target numbers are met and take predictive actions if any deviation

- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.

- Work with senior stakeholders.

- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing

- Need to involve in new initiatives as and when required
