Avows Technologies - Manager - Finance

- End to end financial reporting activities - core finance and mainly for financial reporting and consolidation of accounts for entities

- Experience in Investor pitch deck preparation with projections is an added advantage

- Proven working experience in fundraising. Planning & financial reporting

- Overseeing the Spend Management, Revenue Assurance, Tax & Regulatory compliances

- Month on month variance analysis for PL

- Timely closure of month end activities and board deck preparation

- Understand the business perspective for setting up of process to ensure completeness of revenue and cost accruals

- Handle audits & ensure statutory compliance

- Interact with the Central Malaysia team for consolidation of global group finance of the organisation

- Involve in verifying & correcting Partner agreement, project contracts and where ever required work closely with the legal team

- Should be a CA/MBA Finance with 2- 5 years of exp
