Job Summary Digital Executive Social media &amp; site will be responsible for managing social media marketing for Avon aligned with business objectives and would be the custodian of Content &amp; customer experience management for Avon's website and Apps.This role will be primarily responsible for all aspects on social - from strategy to campaign execution, content, online reputation &amp; response management, blogger / influencer management, social media for the brand.The role will also contribute to the Rep digitalisation programme of Avon by contributing through social media marketing aspects and training. Key Result Areas - Grow Social presence for Avon India - Social media marketing &amp; campaign management - Planning, execution, reporting on social media marketing campaigns aligned to business and overall digital objectives (12-15 campaigns a year) - Responsible for management &amp; updaton of content on Avon digital platforms on an ongoing basis - Website, App and as per the campaign requirements. Primarily responsible for content modifications, additions, deletions and implementing approved digital enhancements within a web-based content management system with partner vendor. - Grow organic site traffic for Avon by ensuring a superior customer experience Desired Candidature KNOWLEDGE : - Good understanding of Social media marketing domain, basics of digital marketing, website management, apps. Abilities/Requirements : - Should have handled social media marketing for a brand/brands for at least 1 year. - Understands the digital ecosystem - Ideally from a brand/social agency background - Excels at written and oral communication
