Location: Worli, Mumbai

Purpose of the role: To do marketing and brand-building activities for the company, Including but not confined to relationship management with the advertisement agencies, identifying potential buyers, creating unique value prepositions, etc. The role will provide a strategic boost to formulate feedback mechanisms and plan sales strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services

- Coordinating with advertising agencies on a daily basis for the ATL activities & BTL activities (Like events, exhibitions, conferences, etc.)

- Coordinate with various agencies including advertising agencies to develop, maintain, and promote the brand identity and other external communications

- Plan, coordinate, and organize promotional activities to promote specific projects in line with the devised plans

- Prepare and coordinate the collaterals for real estate trade shows and promotional activities. Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.

- Effectively manage and monitor budgets for related marketing initiatives

- Responsible for external vendor relationships for creative, copywriting, printing and advertising specialities

- Content Writing management & Distribution

- Briefing the agency about the requirements in terms of Design(Mailers, Ads etc.)

- Coordinating with the website agency to maintain the standards of the website and uploading documents -(including changes in the website, SSL certifications, domain name registrations, etc.)

Skills Required:

Proven track record as a Marketer

- Proven working experience in Marketing communication, Brand Marketing

- An Out of the Box thinker with a flair for charting out corporate communication and branding strategies.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Flair for content creation educational

Qualifications: Must be MBA (Marketing) from a reputed Business School in India /Abroad


Prior work exp. At least 5 years, of marketing experience.
