JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Deal Execution - Prepare collaterals including detailed financial models, investor memorandums, valuation materials, data books with analysis and insights - Coordinate effectively in the due diligence and documentation process, and front-end the relationship with the respective client representatives - Perform engagement tracking, reporting and housekeeping (maintain updated client agreements, NDAs, OPEs etc.) - Represent the client's business in investor/buyer-seller interactions Sector coverage & Support towards Business Development - Map assigned segment (product, geography/industry group) and build understanding/expertise of that segment - Outreach to potential clients and investors - Maintain a database of companies in assigned segment - Build an effective relationship with investors or company professionals on the deal to have a recall - Prepare Pitch Documents and other client presentations - Financial analysis: Analyze and interpret financial statements including preparing trading and transaction comparables, modeling & valuations and benchmarking for companies. - Engage in ongoing industry networking Practice Development Support - Support practice-level initiatives for lead generation, capability development and brand building (organizing or participating in events, marketing programs etc.) EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED - 12-18 months of relevant experience in Investment Banking post MBA - Functional know-how - Analytical Skills - Orientation towards Excellence - High Accountability - Desire for intense work
