Avendus Wealth Management - Analyst - Private Markets - Alternates Products KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY : End to end execution of investment opportunities in the unlisted space (funds - PE / VC, direct deal - credit / PE): - Evaluation - Assessment of its suitability for clients - Support in marketing & outreach - Documentation & closure - Monitoring the opportunity post closure Evaluation : - Understanding the opportunities and doing preliminary shortlisting Detailed analysis of shortlisted opportunities: - Past track record/ financials - Investment rationale - Team capabilities - Competitive benchmarking - Valuation - Reference checks - Expected returns & its sensitivity, potential risks and their mitigants - Investment terms and its structuring - Preparation of investment note/ any other documents to be presented to internal Investment Committee (IC) Marketing and outreach to potential investors - Preparation of marketing material, FAQs - Educate internal team/ Relationship Managers (RMs) on the product and resolve their queries - Tracking of outreach to potential investor - Resolve client queries and have meeting / conference calls with potential investors and the management Support in structuring, documentation, and closure - Preparation of investor term sheet - Understanding and negotiation of fund/ deal documents - Tracking of documentation closure and supporting internal team for same wherever required for timely closure Monitoring of the completed investments and their Exits - Regular monitoring of products done in the past, identification of any potential risks and preparation of updates for clients by regular interaction with funds/ companies - Resolution of any queries from clients or internal team EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED : - Graduates / CA - 0-2 years of prior experience in financial services, investment analysis, structured credit solutions or any related fields preferably
