Role & Responsibilities:

- Prepare pitch books, company-focused discussion documents for capital markets deals - Block deals, QIP, IPO etc.

- Manage delivery & execution of projects on ECM side, including capital market updates, newsletters, shareholder analysis, IPO analysis, company profiles, research on companies etc. look after both regulatory and marketing side of the deals

- Assist in identification of business opportunities via analysis of listed firms basis news events, result updates, financial analysis. Identify potential IPO candidates via analysis of unlisted firms basis scale, industry tailwinds, growth profile etc.

- Work on multiple ongoing mandates from pitching, Pre-deal Investor Education (PDIE), investor target analysis, roadshow coordination, shadow book building to pricing discussions and driving investor momentum

- Analyze various sectors from the perspective of shareholding momentum, peer group analysis, elevator pitching and positioning the deal with a differentiating factor for a successful selling story

- Sync internal stakeholders - the internal regulatory team, sector coverage team, private equity coverage team, institutional sales, trading as well as investors, clients and other BRLMs for coherent and seamless deal execution

- Manage client relationships along with the relevant members, Maintain real-time market knowledge that drive equity markets and assigned companies

Required Background:

- Post-Graduation in Finance/ MBA/ PGDM or equivalent qualification

- Chartered Accountant with prior experience (1-5 years) in an Investment Bank (Front end only)/ Buy side firms/ Equities Research

- Strong analytical skills to assess business performance, good understanding of corporate finance concepts and their application

- Ability to work independently and possess the management/ leadership skills to take complete ownership on tasks

- Excellent communication skills, multi-tasker with an eye for detail and strong business acumen
