Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Head - Procurement to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our procurement business, including identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the procurement business and achieve revenue targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the procurement industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of procurement projects.

- Develop and implement pricing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the procurement team.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development in the procurement industry.
