The candidate will be responsible for designing new products and new schemes for existing products for the business. Person will be responsible for designing contests and closely working with marketing team for promotion campaigns.

Key Accountabilities :

- Track Actual vs. Budget & ensure minimal variance with different product & portfolio Interventions.

- Launching value added products and increasing wallet share from customers.

- Driving new product launches with incremental business from each product programs.

- Working on many new initiatives and projects which would be undertaken by the organization under Product Team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Designing New Products and New schemes for existing Products for the business

- Designing Contests and closely working with Marketing for Promotion Campaigns

- Detailed MIS and driving the output of the contests.

- Provide product inputs and business intelligence to sales and marketing team.

- Provide product updates and required support to credit team from time to time for smooth processing

- Come up with strategies and campaigns to promote the product and identify avenues for successful partnerships & promotions.

- Doing detailed analysis of targeted market in terms of potential size, target segment and overall cost of education in various countries/courses.

- Research about competition products, new launches, shift in trends in segments, country specific traits and new courses available as potential.

- New initiatives undertaken for New Product and New Segments which can be an enabler to more business.

- Product Policies and training material to be developed and provided to teams, training conducted across all teams.

- Detailed Analysis of Existing Portfolio to be done.- C18C- C19C- C20C
