Position Summary

Role : Lead Digital Initiatives

Reporting to : Head Technology & Digital Initiatives

Place of Posting : Mumbai HO

Geographical Remit : PAN India

No of reportees : 4-5

Job Purpose

The candidate will be responsible for leading the overall design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives at an organizational level.

Key Accountabilities

- Own and deliver the digital initiatives of the organization

- Ensure the projects are delivered within the stipulated timelines and budget

- Improve customer/user experience through efficient usage of technology

- Set up Process as per Business defined objectives

- Drive Operational efficiency

- Improve Experience of Customer-Facing Processes

- Drive Automation of critical Impact processes

Key Responsibilities:

- Enable the digitization of cross-functional business processes through efficient use of technology

- Own and drive the implementation of all digital initiatives of the organization

- Drive adoption of digital initiatives across businesses

- Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver agile solution strategies for IT innovation

- Working with multiple vendor partners/internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives

- Ability to stringently manage project timelines and budgets

- Keep looking for avenues to innovate and automate

- Ensure the team is highly motivated and aligned with the business objectives

- Proactively communicate with senior management on project progress and project dashboard

Required Experience:

- 8-12 years of experience in managing digital transformation projects

Required Qualification:

- B.E/B.Tech OR

- Full time MBA from premier institute
