AVANSE - Business Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Project Manager to key critical organizational level projects and facilitate resource including technology, manpower available for project execution

- Enable seamless collaboration across departments in organizational projects by liaising with CXOs & CoE Lead

- Ensure faster decision making for seamless project execution

- Manages timelines and milestone progresses

- Tracks and communicated progresses towards project goals and ensure it is delivered as per timeline

- Be the key change agent in enabling project handover to respective department and conduct regular health check during transition

- Publish necessary standardized control dashboards for relevant stakeholders

- Prioritize new user case and resource allocation

- Own ROI measurement and reporting

Experience:

Overall 3 - 4 years of experience out of which atleast 2 years in Project Management domain

Technical Competencies:

- Proficient in MS excel and MS Power Point

- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques

- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills

- Strong presentation skills

Formal Qualification:

- MBA from Top Tier Institutes
