Avana - Project Manager (10-15 yrs)
- Managing Project Schedule - Planned vs Actual.
- Attending Client Meetings & Record MOMs and circulating to all stakeholders.
- Day-to-Day Coordination with all internal project team and ensuring consolidation of Information in the approved format.
- Facilitate execution teams on vendor coordination.
- Complete Project Documentation including Design Documents, Customer Approvals, UAT documents, Material Inspection Certificate, Final Acceptance, MOMs, Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports to all stakeholders.
- Management and facilitating Logistics activities.
- Drive the projects to adhere to project timelines, budgets and meets program goals.
- Prioritize projects based on risk and organizational strategic plans.
- Manage in-house staff, contracting staff, project teams and any combination of work to facilitate the delivery of complex Security projects and programs.
- Identifies and partners with both internal and external program stakeholders.
- Communicate plans, status, and issues to senior level management/client/stakeholders as required.
- Continuously seeks opportunities to improve the customer satisfaction levels.
Requirement:
- 10 yrs to 15 yrs of project Management experience
- PMP certified
- Should have worked for large system integration projects.
- BE/Btech
Preferably from security domain projects
