Job holder, though based in Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai (as per his preference) will be exclusively loaded on projects based in Saudi for 2-2.5 years where he is expected to stay in Saudi for 2 months at a stretch and fly back to India for a week or two and then head back.

Role reports to : AVP or VP depending on the size and complexity of consulting engagements

Role and Responsibilities :

- Taking responsibility for executing business consulting projects including tasks like research, data interpretation, analysis, insight generation and report preparation

- Independently managing mid-sized projects or taking ownership of one or more modules of major /significant consulting projects

- Leading, coordinating and organizing the work of a team of Consultants

- Supporting the leadership team on marketing, business development and proposals

- Positively contributing to the firm's growth and reputation

Qualifications :

- SC to be from 2015, 2016 to 2017 batch MBA only or equivalent in General Management or Marketing or any other streams from a premier B school

A minimum of 2 years  years  of prior work experience in any or all of the following areas: 

- Strategy and / or Management Consulting

- Strategy or Corporate Planning in a major corporation

- Performance Improvement

- Supply Chain and Sourcing

- Balanced Scorecard

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in :

1. Agri Business, Automotive, Technology, Telecom, Chemicals, Engineering and Capital Goods, Consumer Goods

2. Working in Middle east region
