Job Description: Consultant

Reporting to : Senior Consultant, AVP or VP depending on the size and complexity of consulting engagements

Role and Responsibilities :

- A valued member of the consulting team with high level skills in data collection, analysis and elementary problem solving

- Focuses on identifying client problems, defining data needs and uncovering ways to capture and synthesize information

- Actively participates in the team to develop complete and holistic solutions for clients

- Energetic, can do attitude

- Involved in all firm activities including team building, capability enhancement and training (as a participant)

- Exposed to a broad range of clients & industries

- An intensive orientation session and continual learning opportunities are part of a consultant's formal development process

Qualification :

- MBA or PGDM in Marketing or Operations who has passed out in 2017 / 2018 / 2019.

A minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in any or all of the following areas :

- Strategy and Management Consulting

- Strategy Departments of Corporates

- Performance Improvement

- Supply Chain and Sourcing

- Balanced Scorecard

- Preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience in Agri Business, Automotive, Chemicals, Consumer & Retail, Education, Energy & Power, Engineering and Capital Goods, Infrastructure, Metals and Ores and Pharma and Healthcare sectors

Performance Appraisal Criteria :

Will be appraised on :

- Project Execution including data collection, problem solving, written communication, personal impact

- Knowledge and skills

Essential :

1. MBA graduate from a tier 1+/1/2+ college and engineering/graduation from a similar college as well

2. 2-3 years' experience in consulting/analysis/sales/marketing/finance/operations

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

4. Good proficiency in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word

5. Excellent client presence - ability to manage relationships with CXO level clients independently with minimal oversight

6) Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia on a long-term basis, with schedule expected to be 40-60 days per trip onsite in Saudi Arabia, and 1 week off-site in India

Desirable:

1. Oral/Written competency in Arabic

2. Past experience in managing large set of stakeholders

3. Past experience in managing teams of 2-3 people

4. Demonstrated ability in financial modelling, data analysis and project management

- The person can be stationed at Delhi / Mumbai / Chennai


Compensation :

- CTC which is a fixed compensation

- Performance bonus in addition dependent on personal and Firm performance

- Negotiable for the right candidate
