Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

Work description:

- Own, manage, initiate Customer-Acquisition oriented marketing practises at AvailFinance - B2C app-marketing

- This includes owning & growing all acquisition channels - google UAC, Facebook, Affiliates, Organic, SMS, emails, social media, or any new channel where customers can be found online. Key deliverable: Experiments across channels and in new channels to learn how to reduce CPAs

- Expert at growing north-star metrics, LTV, cohort & retention metrics calculations & understanding of CAC for each channel with a long term view

- Expert knowledge of Channels like google UAC, Facebook, Affiliates,in both collaterals (image, copy) & execution through platforms optimisations. Key deliverable: lowest CPA

- Comfortable with analysing data, working on marketing & product funnels, arresting drop-offs through effective conversion-tracking & optimisation

- Proven success with segmentation analysis, and targeting as per segment & stage of engagement for customer sets during retargeting across channels.

- Working knowledge of content-writing, copy-writing in English, and coordinating with content-agencies to get vernacular content

- Knowledge of CRM marketing, to improve LTV of acquisition channels & overall company. Good to have knowledge of marketing-automation platforms.

IDEAL Profile

Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience.

Qualification : MBA from a Tier-1 institute

- Strategic Thinker and out of the box thinking

- Expert at handling agencies & freelancers to get end-to-end marketing work done.

- Expert at handling data analysis, presenting observations & marketing funnels

- Preferred Domain exposure: Any experience in working in VC backed start-ups, FinTech companies, internet/tech companies, retail companies and/or fund raising would have a definite advantage

- Problem solver: You excel at understanding and solving complex problems. You have astonishing attention to detail.

- Surprisingly efficient: You get a lot done quickly, and can translate your skills into new processes that your team will follow.
