Growth Product Manager

- Avail finance provides blue collar workforce with a neo banking platform that aims to include every credit-worthy individual under the financial umbrella.

- We provide all the financial services to our users - Savings Account, Loans, Insurance, Investments and more. We are at the cusp of building a scalable and viable financial services business for this untapped market.

- We are looking to hire a Growth Product Manager to help us drive a robust growth led strategy for scaling our neo banking product. Find out more about us and our vision at www.availfinance.in.

What will you be building?

- Build hypotheses : It starts with identifying the growth problems by doing in depth research with customers and cross validating it with data analysis. We are razor focused on solving the right problems

- Identify solutions : You will be defining the requirements and working with a cross-functional team from design, engineering, business, marketing, product and support. -You will identify solutions that truly solve the user problem keeping business interests in mind

- Growth mindset : You are well versed in digital marketing strategies for driving growth through google organic and paid, facebook, affiliate marketing and more. -You have also worked extensively in iterating over retention strategies and customer life cycle management

- Launch and iterate : No product is truly world class in the first launch. Your job is not just to launch new growth avenues but also work closely with other teams to ensure the go-to-market is completed from all sides. -Additionally you will also balance new launches with iterating on existing growth products ensuring that you pick the ones that are most impactful

- Build roadmap : You will always have a roadmap for your acquisition and retention and you will constantly update the roadmap taking into account the rapid change of business dynamics as well as user behavior and segments that we would go after

- Help build the team : Participate in hiring cross-functional team members for different roles

You are a right fit if :

- You understand technology, but love customer-first & business-first thinking

- You are comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment

- You are good at problem solving and have an analytical and data-driven approach in day-to-day work

- You have at least 3 years of experience in driving growth for consumer products

- You have prior work experience in consumer internet startups

- You are in love with Bangalore weather and would enjoy working here :)
