Avail Finance - Business Development/Supply Role - B2B

We seek an experienced and self-driven professional from the financial services industry to join our team in Bangalore.

- The candidate would interface with banks/other financial institutions.

- He/she would be responsible for acquiring new bank/ nbfc partners, negotiating commercials and closing deals. Also, for working with them and steering the partnership to a deeper strategic relationship.

- He/she would also make deeper in-roads to expand loans, insurance, mutual funds and other offerings. Also responsible for program managing our requirements across various bank functional units like credit, product, tech, ops etc.

- Conduct regular portfolio review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality

- Provide guidance, coaching and support for junior teammates where required
