- Managing the entire Inside Sales team at avagmah.com
- Responsible for lead conversions, revenue generation and productivity of the team
- Work closely with Product & Marketing teams to launch new sales strategy
- Work closely with Technology to define and improve Lead Management Systems
- Recruiting, training and retaining talented people
- Reports & Analytics
