Responsibilities: - Formulation of Debt syndication strategy and take responsibility of revenue generation and profitability of debt syndication business. - Sourcing clients for debt funding requirements and advising them on appropriate structures suitable for their business. - Ensure AASPL has the highest wallet share of clients debt funding requirement&nbsp; - Establish relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Foundations, DFIDs, HNIs, Venture capital funds, and Investors for successful fund raising.&nbsp; &nbsp;- Preparation of Credit Appraisal Notes, Information Memorandum and any other documentation or information that may be required by lenders / investors to ensure successful deal closure. Skills required:&nbsp; - Entrepreneurial with a passion to achieve time bound goals and take responsibilities beyond primary role towards institutional building.&nbsp; - Strategic in thinking and keep developing new structures and products to increase client wallet share.&nbsp; - Established relationships at senior management of Banks, NBFCs, Foundations, DFIDs, HNIs, Venture capital funds, and Investors with track record of raising funds. Day to day liaising with lending partners to ensure smooth flow of operations&nbsp; - Demonstrated track record of raising funds for MFIs, NBFCs, digital lending companies and small and medium enterprises&nbsp; - Develop and enforce business processes&nbsp; - Excellent written and oral communication. High level of proficiency in excel and power point is a must
