3- Increasing Module efficiency

1. Experience in the evaluation, negotiation and selection of technology and equipment vendor for cell manufacturing

2. Setting up specification for raw materials and assisting Procurement team for vendor development.

3. Supporting EPC team for fault finding.

4. Assisting Top Management for Policy decision related to technology.

5. Ensuring the quality of cells manufactured by OEM supplier.

6. Working for restarting the stalled silicon project to make it commercially viable and future process development.

4- Product Certification - IEC, UL, BIS, ALMM etc

5- Representing organization in Technical community and making collaboration to bring new technologies

6- Minimum 20 yrs of experience in the field of R&D, technology improvement, safety management and lean manufacturing etc.
