Avaada - Plant Head - Manufacturing (20-25 yrs)
- Min. 20 years of Exp in solar and renewables
- Must have experience with plant operations of Solar cell and Modules lines
- Preferably projects of more than 500 MW of capacity
- P&L of Cell and Module line
- Manpower efficiency
- Plant uptime & yield
- Quality Management system
- Preparation of Technology Roadmap
- Improving Solar cell efficiency and implementing the same in production
- Experience in the evaluation, negotiation and selection of technology and equipment vendor for cell manufacturing
- Setting up specification for raw materials and assisting Procurement team for vendor development.
- Supporting EPC team for fault finding.
- Minimum 20 yrs of experience in the field of R&D, technology improvement, safety management and lean manufacturing etc.
