GM/Sr. GM Equity

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for equity fund raising and M&A support

2. Co-ordinate investor roadshows and prepare appropriate documentation for use during fundraising periods

3. Support in fundraising through due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of potential equity / acquisition transactions.

4. Track and analyse peers' performance for competitor analysis.

5. Track and analyse the portfolio, valuation analysis.

6. Manage investor relations- Assist with the development of fund marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, board meetings, investor updates and other investor communications

7. Investor relations- Provide hands-on support to the existing investor base and respond to investor request and queries

8. Support management reviews with stakeholders for performance tracking

9. Assist in other assignments as & when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 10 to 15 years of work experience with background of capital markets, financial analysis, investor relations departments for listed companies and unlisted companies

- Understanding of Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports, Valuation

- Team player, analytical bend

- Mobility required - Willingness to travel in India and abroad

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Strong Presentation Skills

- Strong Knowledge of Excel (incl. advance Excel)

- Experience of managing International Investors will be added advantage

Educational Qualification : MBA / CA / master's in management / Accounting / Finance / Marketing / Business Analytics etc.

- Securities and Capital Markets Certification from institutes like NCFM (Desirable)

- Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail is a must

- Background in Clean Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Chemicals, Capital Goods, Manufacturing companies preferable

- Understanding of Equity capital markets
