Technical Support :
- Stay updated on the latest solar cell and modules manufacturing technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct research and provide analysis on technical aspects related to solar cell and modules manufacturing processes, efficiency, quality control, and equipment.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather data, evaluate performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, equipment, and production methodologies.
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and refine the company's long-term strategic vision and goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Assist in the formulation of business strategies, including market entry, product positioning, pricing, and distribution strategies.
- Analyze financial data, industry reports, and performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Project Support :
- Support the CEO in overseeing key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adherence to objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate communication, and monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and other documentation for executive review.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues, risks, and obstacles.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Assist in preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to gather information, provide technical guidance, and support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the CEO's office and other departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, suppliers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Stay connected with industry networks, forums, and associations to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Other Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in technical roles within the solar cell and modules manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organization, and coordination.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management software, and MS Office suite.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of renewable energy policies, regulations, and market dynamics is highly desirable.
