Profile :

- As integral part of Finance, Risk and Control team is responsible for putting in place a robust Risk and Governance framework within the division.

- The framework aims to cultivate a culture which supports proactive identification and management of risks using tools such as Risks and Controls Self Assessment (RCSA)

- Formulate & implement policies and procedures within Finance to govern risks

- Establish best practices which are comparable to industry standards

- Build and maintain strong ongoing relationship with key stakeholders and partners to understand current day-to-day control related challenges

- Issue management, including monitoring of operational risk events, assisting and challenging the root cause analysis to determine the required mitigating actions

- Oversight over risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) process

- Conduct targeted risk assessment including for new projects/initiatives and change management with a view to pre-assess risks.
