Responsibilities :
- Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of a company's sales staff to ensure an effective salesforce
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the international market and build relationships with new and potential clients
- Manage inbound leads and outbound campaigns with our CRM
- Develop sales strategies for Smart Auto
- Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets
- Expanding existing Smart Auto's corporate tie-ups
- Drive Smart Auto's Brand, profile and proposition through Corporate sales in line with market participation strategy.
- Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications
- Understand product offerings and client needs to offer the best solutions and highest level of support
- Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase
- Define pricing strategy and payment plans
- Partnering with operations, marketing and product specialists to ensure the satisfaction of the customer
- Suggest to the IT development team customized product solutions to address client needs, concerns, and objectives and increase customer satisfaction
- Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance
- Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecast
- Assign and designate sales quotas and territories to staff according to individual potential
- Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance
- Monitor the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity
Skills required :
- 8+ years of SAAS sales experience in international markets is mandatory
- Experience working on APAC, middle east & African markets will be of advantage
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Business/commercial acumen on pricing/contract issues.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Skill and ability to adopt a "needs-based selling" approach to get more business from the existing corporate clients
- Fluent understanding of risk and pricing strategy
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build and strengthen relationships at all levels.
- An ability to speak fluent English is needed
- A track record of achieving and exceeding targeted business results/KPIs.
