Our client is looking for an Automation Lead US in Financial Accounting for its subsidiary in Ahmedabad - Job responsibilities : - Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation to improve department productivity in alignment with the strategic imperatives within the team. - Understand and translate business needs into data models using advanced excel to support long-term solutions. - Creates effective forecast models using advanced excel on labor and infrastructure requirements based on company trends and demand patterns by service line. - Project Management, Lead/participate in strategic initiatives, recommends action and drive closure. - Lead finance digital transformation - inducting tools like Power BI, MS Access, MS Projects and support intuitive reporting. - Perform adhoc analysis for strategic evaluations, financial simulations and excel modelling to provide insightful recommendations and support for management decision making. - Drive and own global financial initiatives alignment with function along with updates in global accounting processes. - Provide financial counselling in determining feasibility and business impact of new initiatives. - Candidate specifications - CA / CFA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / M.Tech - 10+ years of work experience - Experience in US Financial Accounting (mandatory) - Experience in finance transformation initiatives, continuous improvement projects. - Experience in Cost Optimization Initiatives, ops financial planning and forecasting Rohan Verma Co-Founder Multivision HR Network
