Automation Anywhere - Senior Manager Developer Marketing/Developer Evangelist

Developers are the backbone of the Automation Anywhere ecosystem, building on the rich capabilities of our Digital Workforce Platform to automate processes, improve business productivity and drive digital transformation. Reporting to Automation Any where's Global Director of Developer Marketing, the Senior Manager Developer Marketing will expand and galvanize the Automation Anywhere developer ecosystem in to drive engagement, advocacy and market capture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive developer adoption of Automation Anywhere in India

- Define and execute cross-channel and cross-platform initiatives to engage and expand the Automation Anywhere developer ecosystem

- Define, track and own metrics and benchmarks for developer expansion and engagement across developer-facing platforms and assets

- Cultivate advocates within the developer community to evangelize Automation Anywhere products and solutions

- Conceive and execute developer events, hackathons and education programs, and represent Automation Anywhere at global developer events

- Maintain a pulse of the developer community and act as their conduit into product and engineering teams

Core Requirements :

- 7+ years of marketing experience with atleast 2 years of developer marketing experience

- Experience driving go-to-market initiatives

- Keen understanding of the developer mindset; experience driving developer programs and events

- Prior technical work experience (software development, technical marketing etc.) highly desirable

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and stage presence

- Ability to define and drive initiatives with minimal supervision, and commit to outcomes

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related area required

- MBA or master's degree with a marketing focus highly desirable
