Position Summary : 

Reporting to the Sr Director of Demand Generation, you will manage all aspects of Worldwide Demand Generation and drive leads and bookings for Automation Anywhere.

Core Responsibilities : 

- Understand the business objectives to build aligned strategies for demand generation and renewal marketing programs

- Build an integrated marketing plan for innovative programs that cover awareness, demand generation campaigns, digital marketing, online media, SEO/SEM, web etc.

- Establish best practices, tools, and processes for lead follow up and outbound prospecting for SDRs

- Analyze results and identify insights, optimizing for increased marketing qualified leads

- Create digital marketing programs across target customer segments through a data-driven approach

- For enterprise accounts, manage account-based marketing programs

- For Mid-Market accounts, drive volume and quality of leads to website trial sign up, and conversion marketing

- Use predictive analytics to uncover and market to high propensity target accounts

- Provide direction to, and manage, vendor/agency relationships for optimal results

- Manage program KPIs by analyzing program impact on revenue pipeline with needed root cause analysis and corrective action planning

- Manage a marketing budget

- Track funnel analytics, working to improve conversion rates

Requirements

- 9 years of marketing experience, including at SaaS startup companies

- Experience targeting a marketing buyer audience

- An outstanding track record partnering with sales leaders to drive business

- Creative thinker, who has built innovative programs that drive high conversion of MQLs

- Team player and enthusiastic collaborator with others in sales and marketing

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, internally as well as with customers

- Sales oriented marketing leader who can roll up their sleeves to get things done

- Experience with marketing automation and SFA/CRM systems (e.g. Marketo and Salesforce)
