We are looking to hire a senior Inside Sales manager with a proven track record of achieving sales booking goals through Inside Sales. This person will lead an energetic team of Inside Sales Representatives (internally referred to as Velocity Sales). The incumbent will be required to Manage velocity sales representatives based out of Bangalore who work across different geographies globally. A highly motivated and resilient team leader will drive the VSRs to achieve all sales goals and also be able to manage senior stakeholders in our Sales organization.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Manage a team of young ambitious remote sales reps

- Set and track sales targets for the team under your preview

- Building and managing sales pipeline, involves working closely with marketing and Sales teams

- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to demonstrations and closing business.

- Work closely with Marketing team to drive inbound leads

- Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels

- New Customer Acquisition

- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies

- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives

- Customer Relationship Management

- To understand customer requirement in the geography assigned and future product portfolio

- Improvement based on past customer feedback

- Service offering improvement and continuous quality assessment

- Operations and Reporting

- Service delivery planning and execution

- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned geographies

- Engage closely with the account management/delivery/implementation training team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules during the Sales process

- Excellent team management and interpersonal communication skills enabling effective interaction with people at all organizational levels

Experience:

Overall Exp: 8 to 10 year

Team Management exp: 5+ years

- Computer degree along with familiarity with internet technologies

- Excellent Communication- Strong influencing and communication skills at all levels of the organization

- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills

- Well organized, self-starter, and highly motivated

- Can sell value; demonstrates ability to close a sale. Ability to influence and provide client with win-win options during difficult negotiations to obtain maximized results. Can articulate the value of our solutions compared to competitive options, closing the business while maximizing the return to prolific customers.

- Demonstrated competence managing sales funnel, executing call plans, conducting account-planning, and effectively implementing account strategies
