Summary : We are looking for an experienced IT Director to oversee all IT (Information Technology) functions in our company. You will oversee a team of IT engineers and managers and manage the company's technology operations including Information Security and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. The primary goal of this role will be to ensure IT systems and personnel are effective and functioning within the budget, timelines, and values of the organization. Responsibilities : The IT Director at Automation Anywhere will be accountable for managing a team across locations to: - Oversee all technology operations (Infrastructure, Security, business continuity, New initiatives). Evaluate and Report them according to established goals - Working with information engineers to find solutions to manage business activities - Conceptualize or modify and publish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of organizational strategies - Supervise and manage Information security initiatives led by Information Security Team to meet global certification standards such as ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR etc., - Collaborate with all departments to help analyze their business requirements and determine their technology needs - Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management - Coordinate IT managers and supervise other professionals to provide guidance. Ensure that the team is adequately trained with skills for current and future initiatives. - Researching and recommending new products. - Prepare, control and present IT budget and report on expenditure. - Supervising a team of workers, while working closely with management, external vendors, and advisors. - Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts. - Directing the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes - Leading efforts to improve overall IT processes Requirements: - Proven experience as IT Director or similar role - Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications - Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, security, cloud etc. - Experience in controlling information technology budget - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Outstanding communication abilities - Information Security background will be an added advantage.
