Our office is in Golf Course Road, Gurgaon and we are fully operational from our office with adequate safety measures for our employees. We firmly believe that the success of our organization depends solely on the quality and skills of our employees. Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end of the business goal including set-up to operations and sales, with overall P&L responsibility

- Core team role with direct reporting to founders and P&L ownership

- High level of target orientation and proven track record of accomplishing weekly / monthly revenue targets independently.

- Excellent problem-solving skills - coming up with simple solutions to complex problems

- Reviews the sales figures periodically and compares them against the budgeted or planned values.

- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

- Managing partner's and growing their business, responding to escalations, regular business review meetings, maintain performance matrices

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

Competencies:

1. Entrepreneur Mindset

2. At least 4 years of experience in core Sales
