Role and Responsibility : - Maintain relations with workshops assigned. - Checking whether AF branding, Uniform & Stationary has been provided or not - Providing App & Skills development trainings to partners - Responsible for Customer satisfaction & getting positive feedbacks - Responsible for Following App from step A to Z, Also making sure that 99.9% payment has been collected online - Assisting workshop for maintaining TAT - Coordination between customer & workshop - Resolving Escalations.
