What you will do (Job Description) :

- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.

- Developing the company's strategy for using technological resources

- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely

- Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure.

- Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments

- Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each

- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity

- Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP

- Developing the company's strategy for using technological resources

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes

- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

- Understand the technical requirements of a project and Hire and manage teams of developers and Supporting them to complete projects effectively

- Guide the team with the technology stack they need to build their product and guide the overall technical vision

- Shape how the technical sides of a project are managed, implement a well-defined process that brings results

- Work closely with developers, understand where they are finding success, and where they need work

- Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.

- Improve products by listening to ideas from the developers you oversee, advocate for innovative ideas, and find paths to their implementation

What makes you a great Fit ?

- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role

- 4 to5 years- experience as Mern stack Developer.

- Knowledge of technology trends to build the strategy

- Understanding of budgets and business-planning

- Expert to open to write code himself

- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

- At Least 4 to 7 years of experience as a CTO or similar leadership role

- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy

- Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology
