Autodesk is hiring Finance Business Partner for Sales in India & SAARC based out of Mumbai. Position Overview Acts as an advisor on business and financial planning, including strategic planning and alliance partnerships. Drives policy and program matters with Division executive staff recommending appropriate actions consistent with strategic direction of the company. Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control, providing relevant fiscal information to Division Executive Management team. Monitors division and department adherence to approved budget. Manages the activities of the financial analyst staff. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Responsibilities - Partnering directly with the Director, India Territory Sales as a member of his line management staff - Providing India weekly billings and subscription forecast for both new sales team and renewals team. Forecast accuracy tracking - Building Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present finance deck to review performance and metrics - Building Annual Business Planning deck and target - Creating quotas for India Territory sales teams - Supporting India Channel Partner programs and creating partner targets - Supporting India team to structure major deals and approving all deal discounts - Managing the Opex budget (headcount and variable) for the India Territory Sales team - Responsible for Ad-Hoc reporting requests working closely with the APAC Financial Analyst Team - Providing financial advice related to India Territory Sales team - Define India regional internal control and compliance project with WW Internal Audit organization - Define performance business metrics & provide insightful analyses of results - Supervise the Compliance Analyst to perform the test and audits, and provide necessary support to solve audit conflicts Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor in Accounting or Finance preferred; MBA or CPA a plus - Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience with finance or business analysis background - Prior experience in a technology/software/SaaS company is a plus - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Hands on experience with financial software (e.g. Business Objects, Qlikview, SAP BPC, Hyperion etc) - Articulate and concise with strong communication skills - Ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines - Ambitious and ability to learn quickly - Strong team player and leadership potential About Autodesk <a href="http://www.autodesk.com" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">www.autodesk.com</a> With Autodesk software, you have the power to Make Anything.
