Roles and Responsibilities

- Design learning strategy and the framework for the organization in collaboration with key stakeholders

- Build effective implementation plan for all capability development initiatives

- Establishing standardized methods for design, delivery, evaluation, and reporting

- Leverage technology/capability development sources effectively and innovatively for greater impact on a broad array of learners and learning objectives

- Build a learning culture across the organization

- Build, develop and guide the training team for effective delivery

- Generate insights from capability initiatives and regularly monitor and report training effectiveness

- Liaise with business stakeholders on a continued basis to align on business dynamics and capability development requirements

- Review and re-design an effective onboarding program.

- Collect, analyze, and report to stakeholders meaningful LD metrics

- Manage and develop team of trainers

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years experience of working in similar role in L&D in an organization with an employee base of 1000+ employees preferably in ITeS, BPO or Technology Product set up.

- Full Time MBA, pref from Tier 1 & 2

- Experience of content development, design, and delivery of training modules

- Exposure to capability development in a digitized environment/using LMS and other digital tools

- Exposure to management of functional program delivery

- Understanding of training needs identification and learning plans for employees

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Highly responsive to the learning needs of the organization

- Strong business, analytical, and data-driven mindset.

- Problem-solving abilities, paired with creativity

- Good MS Power-Point and MS-Excel skills
