Who We Are:

- Austin Bazaar is an ecommerce retailer of musical instruments based in Austin, Texas, the Live Music Capital of the World. We assemble kits with all the necessary accessories for beginners as well as professional musicians, and we carry most of the leading brands in our industry, including Fender, Yamaha, and Casio. In addition to our own marketplace, we also sell on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Reverb.

- Austin Bazaar is looking for a Business Analyst who can collect, organize, analyze, and report on data to provide insights to improve business operations. There will be a focus on pay-per-click advertising performance, product listing optimization, and pricing management in particular. You will work remotely and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer based in the U.S.

What you will contribute:

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from primary (e.g., sales, inventory) and secondary (e.g., Google, Amazon) sources

- Make recommendations based upon your analysis

- Improve search engine marketing and pay-per-click advertising performance

- Optimize product listings for better performance

- Manage pricing for used inventory (i.e., customer returns in less-than-new condition)

- Implementation of Tableau for better data modelling

- Implementation of a content management system for better product listings

What qualification is required:

 - 4+ years of experience

- Microsoft Excel expertise

- Google Ads and other pay-per-click advertising experience

- Tableau experience

- Excellent communication skills, email in particular

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Self-motivated and experienced with working remotely

- Ecommerce know-how

- Musical instrument knowledge a plus but not required
