We seek a highly organized, strategic, detail-oriented Project/Design Manager who has demonstrated a commitment to human-centered design, social impact, and healthcare. Expectations: - Manage the pipeline of instructional content projects including brief writing, project scoping, road mapping, calendaring, and resourcing - Lead the development of tools and processes to - templatize- our workflows (eg. best practices or playbooks, design principles) - Bring perspective on developing tools, processes, and documentation - Collaborate with stakeholders and navigate diverse needs and build purposeful relationships across the organization - Manage stakeholder expectations - Contribute to general administrative and communication tasks as needed - Ability to connect with others to keep the team aligned and focused - Help to build and maintain the design repository, ensuring files are updated and accessible to the organization Must Haves: - Experience planning projects with a start and end date, setting up the initial time budgets, and preparing the project timeline through specific project management methodologies and tools, like the Gantt Chart - 2-5 years experience in program management (bonus points: at a startup) - Experience using project management software such as Trello, Asana, Jira - Skilled communicator with experience building consensus, driving change as well as communicating and/or presenting effectively with different levels of leadership - Skilled at spotting early potential risks that might delay the project - Willingness to a team player and contributing member to the design team - Highly motivated, proactive, and experience working with minimal supervision Nice to Have - Fluency in more than one language - Familiarity or experience in human-centered design - Tertiary education in a similar field is preferred - Bonus points for cross-cultural design experience - Experience in handle multiple projects across timezones
