Job Responsibilities :

- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.

- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for region in support of national objectives.

- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.

- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

- Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.

- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.

- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Operations/ Responsibilities on day to day basis :

- Creating Salons wise route plan for entire down line team and reviewing the same on Monthly basis

- Arranging re-training / workshops for key clients in territory on monthly basis

- To ensure payments are prompt at each sales level

- Ensure to work closely with down team members to increase their productivity and get high results to teaching them

- Meeting all key clients (business drive) to ensure their high satisfaction level

- Generating lead through Just dial, internet and social media

- Other than primary rules sales professionals are expected to contact clients Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

- Maintain regular coordination with active clients in the region there would be no communication gap between clients and company.

- Ensure smooth relationship between clients and company

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

- Achieved monthly sales targets as per targets given by National Sales Manager/ Reporting Manager.

- To ensure company Brand visibility in the territory with the help of marketing team

- To ensure the other competitors brand activities and break into competitors clients by replacing our product & services
